Saywitz Properties owns and manages multi-family properties and apartment buildings throughout Southern California.
All of the properties have been completely remodeled and/or renovated within the past few years. Some of them have recently been remodeled in the past few months.
The remodeling typically consists of new carpet in the bedrooms, new ceramic tile floors or hardwood flooring, new paint, new blinds, new appliances, new hardware, new plumbing and and new toilets.
All of the bathrooms typically have mirrored shower doors and massaging showerheads. All of the toilets are typically low flow new style toilets. All electrical switches and plugs have been re-wired, new towel bars, sinks and faucets in the bathrooms and kitchens.
All properties have either laundry machines in the units, washer/dryer hookups or laundry facilities at the property.
Saywitz Properties has a full-time maintenance crew to handle any issues that may arise, as well as in-house property management and leasing to assist you throughout the entire leasing process and throughout your tenancy with us.
